Conferences can be difficult to photograph for those without experience. There is often a huge variation in lighting throughout the venue with very strong spotlights shining on the speakers whilst the delegates sit in darkness. I have over time developed the skills to adapt to these conditions and produce images that depict the atmosphere and feel of the event.
